HCA is one of the largest and most respected organizations in the healthcare industry, boasting over 250,000 employees. We have been partnered with HCA for over two years, bringing a fresh perspective to a massive industry. Our biggest undertaking to date was a corporate conference called “Charting The Course” where physicians at the top of their industry from all over the country gathered to listen to event speakers, and discuss upcoming advancements. 

It was a lot to ask hundreds of physicians to remain engaged during the back-to-back speaking schedule of the conference. Audience members were expected to be in their seats for hours at a time listening to, and absorbing valuable educational content.  HCA decided that some “out-of-the-box” visual ideas may help the audience engage more heavily with speakers and make the conference more memorable.

To accomplish this we created dynamic motion graphics that were displayed on a huge LED wall directly behind speakers. These motion graphics varied depending on the theme of the talk, and the motion constantly drew eyes to the stage.

Speakers could be easily identified by the name text that we strategically placed on screen behind them during panel discussions. Between presentations the screen would come to life with engaging and unique transitions that made the event feel cinematic while still being clean and professional.

At the end of the conference, speakers were more engaged than ever before, and when the surveys came back the attendees were almost unanimously in agreement that the event production value had skyrocketed.
